About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the kind of person who lights up a room and loves making people feel at home? We’re looking for a warm, dynamic Female Guest Experience Associate to join our team in Al Qusais 1, Dubai. Here, every day is about creating fun moments and memorable experiences for our guests—whether you’re welcoming newcomers, serving up delicious snacks, or making sure our play area is sparkling and safe. If you take pride in brightening someone’s day (and maybe even enjoy a good game yourself), this could be a fantastic fit for you.

About the Company

Step inside and you’ll notice our space is buzzing with laughter, color, and energy. We’re more than a gaming center—we’re a community hub where families come together, kids make friends, and celebrations come to life. Our team takes hospitality seriously but isn’t afraid to have a little fun along the way (birthday singalongs happen, and everyone’s invited). We care deeply about keeping things safe, friendly, and always engaging, so every guest feels just as welcome as the last.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests at the front counter with a friendly smile and a genuine welcome.
  • Assisting customers throughout their gaming experience—offering support, answering questions, and helping everyone feel at ease.
  • Serving snacks and beverages from our counter, making sure orders are correct and the presentation is appealing.
  • Keeping the play area clean, tidy, and organized—spotting anything out of place before it becomes a problem.
  • Monitoring safety in the play zone and gently reinforcing rules so everyone enjoys their visit.
  • Handling payments and basic registration details efficiently (no complicated back-office work here, promise).
  • Noticing when a guest could use a little extra help—or a bright moment—and delivering it with a personal touch.
  • Pitching in with the team for any special events, parties, or seasonal decorations (sometimes the balloon arch needs backup).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A warm, outgoing personality—people feel comfortable around you right away.
  • Clear communication in English (and if you speak additional languages, that’s brilliant).
  • Good organizational skills and a sharp eye for cleanliness and safety concerns.
  • Reliability—your teammates (and our guests) know they can count on you.
  • Commitment to keeping the environment friendly, inclusive, and fun for kids and adults alike.
  • Female candidates only (per team requirements).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with handling snacks/beverages or café operations, even at a basic level.
  • A valid UAE driving license (occasional errands or offsite support could come up).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Friendly, close-knit team that celebrates wins together—even the small ones.
  • Flexible scheduling and supportive management; we know life gets busy.
  • A lively work environment filled with laughter, music, and happy faces.
  • Opportunities to grow your role and take on more responsibility as our business expands.
  • Employee discounts on venue bookings for your own celebrations.
  • Regular training to make sure you feel confident and set up for success.
  • Located in the heart of Al Qusais 1, with easy transit access.

If you want a job where your smile is truly your superpower, and every shift brings new energy, we think you’ll feel right at home here.
