What You’ll Be Doing
- Energizing clients with one-on-one and group training sessions, tailored to varied fitness levels and goals
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and safety protocols, always putting client wellbeing first
- Crafting customized workout plans that motivate, challenge, and keep engagement high
- Staying up-to-date with the latest training trends and sharing best practices with fellow trainers
- Tracking client progress and adjusting programs as needed to ensure results (and keep things interesting)
- Supporting with gym floor supervision and maintaining an inclusive, tidy, and welcoming environment
- Contributing ideas to team meetings and participating in community events or wellness initiatives
- Promoting personal training services—and earning attractive commissions with every new client you inspire
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in a fitness, coaching, or gym training role
- Strong understanding of exercise techniques and safe gym practices
- The ability to motivate and build rapport with a wide range of individuals
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
