About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought of making a real difference in a family’s day-to-day life, all while feeling like part of their home? We’re looking for a warm, energetic Hindi-speaking Housemaid to join an Indian family in Al Karama, Dubai. If you enjoy caring for children, know your way around an Indian kitchen, and are eager to work in a friendly, respectful household, you might just be who we’re searching for.
About the Family
Our household isn’t just a place to work—it’s somewhere you’ll be valued and cared for, like one of our own. We’re a close-knit Indian family who have made Dubai our home, and we take pride in creating a happy, harmonious environment. Trust goes both ways here: you’ll find us fair and respectful, and we hope to find the same in you. You’ll often find laughter in our living room, and yes, we absolutely love sharing home-cooked meals!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Caring for our cheerful 3-year-old daughter—playing, feeding, and bringing a gentle, patient touch to daily routines.
- Cooking a variety of Indian dishes (from comforting dal to a spicy sabzi—if you love to cook, you’ll feel right at home!).
- Managing everyday household tasks: tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and keeping our home welcoming.
- Pitching in with occasional errands or assisting family members as needed.
- Maintaining a positive, child-friendly atmosphere at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Conversational fluency in Hindi.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a housemaid/nanny in the UAE.
- Experience cooking Indian cuisine for a family (simple home-style food is perfect).
- Ability to live-in (your own room and meals provided).
- Young in age, energetic, and physically active—keeping up with a busy toddler!
- Preferably on your own visa, or able to secure one independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with toddlers or young children.
- Familiarity with Al Karama and nearby areas.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 2,500 (no surprises or delays!).
- Comfortable accommodation and home-cooked meals always included.
- Supportive, respectful family—no late-night or odd-hour expectations.
- Warm, inclusive household where you can feel safe and appreciated.
- Opportunity to join a stable, long-term position (we hope you’ll stay a while!).
You’ll be joining a family that understands hard work, values loyalty, and enjoys a genuine connection with those who help make our lives run smoothly. If you’d like to meet us, interviews are held in Al Karama—just reach out on WhatsApp first.
