About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to become part of a caring household right in the heart of vibrant Dubai? We’re looking for a dedicated, Hindi-speaking Housemaid to join an Indian family based in Al Karama. If you love working with children, take pride in a tidy home, and can whip up comforting Indian meals, this could be the next meaningful step in your career. With a strong emphasis on trust and daily companionship, this full-time, live-in role is an immediate opportunity — and an invitation to join our family life.
About the Family
Picture a warm, modern Indian home where evenings are spent over shared meals and laughter is a big part of the daily routine. We’re a family that truly values kindness, reliability, and mutual respect — our home isn’t just where we live, it’s where we grow together. You'll be working alongside parents who care deeply about their daughter’s wellbeing and who believe a happy home is built on open communication and genuine teamwork. (P.S. — If you love a good cup of chai in the afternoon, you’ll fit right in!)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Caring for our energetic and sweet 3-year-old daughter: from her mealtimes to play, safety, and a healthy routine.
- Preparing North and South Indian dishes for the family — including daily meals and the occasional festive treat.
- Handling everyday household chores: cleaning, laundry, tidying up common spaces, and keeping our home organized.
- Helping with grocery lists or small errands, if needed.
- Bringing warmth, patience, and positivity to your role every day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent Hindi speaking skills.
- Minimum 3 years of housemaid experience in the UAE.
- Experience caring for young children, especially toddlers.
- Confident with Indian cooking — both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferred.
- Young age as per family’s requirements.
- Ability and willingness to live in (accommodation and meals provided).
- Currently on own visa (strong preference).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with Indian families in Dubai or UAE.
- References from previous employers.
- Basic knowledge of spoken English or other Indian languages.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary: Competitive at AED 2,500/month, paid on time, every time.
- Accommodation & meals: Comfortable stay with the family, all meals included.
- Prime location: In the heart of Al Karama – close to markets, metro, and Indian community hubs.
- Respectful, supportive environment: Mutual trust and open communication are central to how we work and live together.
- Family treats: Celebrate festivals, birthdays, and special family moments as part of the household.
- Flexible leave: Personal needs and emergencies are understood and supported.
You’ll be more than just a housemaid — you’ll become an essential part of our daily lives. If you’re ready to build new memories and be valued for your contribution, we can’t wait to meet you in person.
