What You’ll Be Doing
Waiter (Male & Female)
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth, making them feel at home from their very first step in the door.
- Guide guests through the menu, answering questions and making thoughtful recommendations with confidence.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate, timely, and beautifully presented.
- Handle guest feedback with poise, finding solutions quickly and professionally.
- Keep the dining area impeccable — if you notice a fork out of place, you fix it.
- Support your teammates during busy service, knowing that great hospitality is always a group effort.
Hot Chef
- Prepare a variety of hot appetizers, entrees, and specialty dishes according to our signature recipes and standards.
- Partner with the head chef to create new seasonal offerings — your creativity is truly welcome here.
- Maintain a spotless, organized kitchen: safety and hygiene are non-negotiables.
- Manage your station’s mise-en-place, ensuring every service runs smoothly even at peak hours.
- Taste, adjust, and perfect every plate before it leaves your hands.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and leading by example.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant (for both Waiter and Hot Chef positions).
- An energetic, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus (especially Arabic!).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays — you know the hospitality rhythm.
- Valid passport and eligibility for a Dubai work visa.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with luxury dining standards or international cuisine.
- Food safety and hygiene certification.
- Experience working in multicultural teams.
- A knack for remembering regular guests’ favorite dishes, or the ability to diffuse tense moments with a smile.
