About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for a hands-on role where every day offers a new challenge and the chance to make travelers feel right at home? Our vacation home rental company in the lively Hor Al Anz Deira neighborhood of Dubai is looking for a reliable, organized team member who truly understands the heartbeat of hospitality. If you thrive on juggling details, enjoy connecting with guests from around the world, and are ready to take ownership of the guest experience, you might just be the person we’re searching for.
About the Company
We’re a small but fast-growing vacation home rental business built on a simple idea: travelers deserve to feel at home, even far from home. Our team is tight-knit and supportive — the kind that leaves little surprise treats in the staff fridge and rallies to solve guest issues together. Because we operate in the dynamic melting pot of Deira, every day brings new cultures, languages, and expectations, making adaptability and open-mindedness essential (and never boring).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring all communication is friendly, timely, and helpful
- Managing booking calendars, confirming reservations, and handling any last-minute changes or requests
- Coordinating check-in/check-out processes, including arranging transportation and preparing properties for arrivals
- Inspecting vacation homes to make sure they sparkle before guests arrive (and after they leave)
- Working with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest feedback or urgent quality issues quickly
- Solving problems on the fly — from assisting a guest with lost keys to finding a last-minute solution if things don’t go to plan
- Supporting the team with occasional front desk or admin tasks as needed (we all chip in)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related industry (even a small guesthouse counts)
- Strong organizational skills — you’re the type who color-codes their calendar
- Friendly, professional demeanor; you genuinely enjoy talking with new people
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and booking systems)
- Spoken and written English proficiency (additional languages are always a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai’s neighborhoods, especially Deira
- Experience in property management or vacation rentals specifically
- Arabic or other language abilities
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Monthly salary of AED 2,500 + free accommodation and transportation
- Supportive, people-first team culture
- Opportunities to learn hospitality management inside and out
- Real responsibility — your ideas and initiative will be valued
- Experience the hospitality industry from the heart of Dubai
- No two days are ever the same; if you like variety, you’ll fit right in
If you’re ready to grow with us and be part of a company that values trust, teamwork, and making every guest feel special, this could be your next home away from home.
