What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and warm “welcome,” whether in person or over the phone
- Managing reservations and the waiting list, keeping things running smoothly during busy hours
- Escorting guests to their tables and sharing a quick overview of our menu highlights
- Explaining menu items, daily specials, and promotions clearly in both Arabic and English
- Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to keep everything moving seamlessly
- Keeping the reception area neat, organized, and inviting
- Listening to guest feedback or concerns and ensuring they’re addressed promptly
- Sharing your passion for great food and good company with every guest
What You’ll Bring
- Native-level Arabic and fluent English; you’re comfortable switching between both
