About the Hotel

What You’ll Be Doing
Roles are available across departments, each with unique challenges and rewards:
Sushi Chef:
- Craft sushi and Japanese delicacies that delight a discerning clientele
- Innovate with fresh ingredients and contribute to menu development
- Maintain the highest standards for food safety and presentation
Commis Chef:
- Support senior chefs with food prep, plating, and kitchen operations
- Rotate through various sections to build strong foundational skills
- Keep your station organized, stocked, and sparkling clean
Waiter/Waitress:
- Deliver attentive, friendly service that makes every guest feel special
- Confidently recommend menu items and handle guests’ special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
Bartender:
- Mix and serve creative cocktails, classics, and mocktails with flair
- Engage with guests and suggest pairings or signature drinks
- Keep the bar area welcoming, organized, and well-stocked
Housekeeping:
- Ensure guest rooms and shared spaces are spotless and inviting
- Take pride in the details, from fresh linens to sparkling floors
- Respond quickly (and with a smile) to special guest requests
What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in your chosen role (from entry-level for housekeeping/commis to advanced skills for sushi chefs/bartenders)
- Good communication skills (English is helpful, more languages a plus)
- A guest-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts — hotels never sleep!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous 5-star or luxury hotel experience
- Food Safety certification (for kitchen roles)
- Mixology or barista training (for bartender applicants)
- Eagerness to learn and grow with us
