What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Waiter / Waitress (Male and Female):
- Greet and guide guests through a luxurious dining experience, offering recommendations with genuine enthusiasm.
- Manage tables with poise during both quiet mornings and bustling evenings.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff for smooth, timely service.
- Handle guest feedback graciously—turning every interaction into a positive.
- Uphold hygiene and presentation standards that reflect our five-star environment.
Hot Chef:
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of hot dishes, maintaining exquisite presentation and taste.
- Collaborate with the head chef on new menu items, specials, and creative tweaks.
- Oversee kitchen station cleanliness and organization, even during the dinner rush.
- Mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing techniques and upholding our high culinary standards.
Chef Assistant:
- Support chefs in meal prep, plating, and ingredient sourcing.
- Maintain spotlessly clean workspaces and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor ingredient stock, reporting shortages before they affect service.
- Jump in where needed, from chopping vegetables to assisting with desserts.
Cashier:
- Operate the POS system with accuracy and professionalism, handling guest payments with care.
- Provide friendly, efficient front-of-house support—sometimes it's your conversation that guests remember.
- Balance the cash drawer and prepare financial reports at day’s end.
- Assist with occasional admin tasks or reservations as needed.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) in a hotel or high-end restaurant for your position of interest.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages definitely a plus).
- A service-oriented mind—your colleagues and guests notice your positive attitude.
- Presentable appearance and a genuine sense of hospitality.
