About the Restaurant

What You’ll Be Doing
Hot Kitchen Chef, Pastry & Pizza Chef, Dessert Chef:
- Bringing artistry and consistency to every plate, from all-day breakfasts to signature mains and intricate desserts
- Collaborating with fellow chefs (and sometimes friendly rivalries) to solve challenges on the fly during busy service
- Maintaining top-notch kitchen hygiene and safety — think of it as second nature, not a checklist
- Contributing fresh ideas to seasonal menus and special events — if you love R&D days, you’ll fit right in
- Training and guiding junior kitchen staff in your specialty, sharing tips and fostering growth
Barista:
- Crafting memorable coffee and beverage experiences, whether it’s a quick espresso or an Instagram-worthy latte art
- Engaging with guests in a way that feels natural and welcoming, not scripted
- Keeping your station organized, clean, and stocked — you take pride in your craft
- Checking equipment and supplies, so every cup lives up to our standards
Waiter/Waitress:
- Delivering warm, attentive service and remembering the details that make guests feel seen (“that’s the table that loves sparkling water”)
- Navigating a busy floor with finesse, whether handling a private party or a bustling breakfast crowd
- Supporting your team — running a plate, lending a hand, or staying positive during the dinner rush
- Sharing menu knowledge and recommendations with sincerity, not a sales pitch
Kitchen Helpers:
- Keeping kitchen operations smooth by pitching in wherever needed — from prepping ingredients to maintaining sparkling cleanliness
- Working closely with chefs and picking up new skills every shift
- Adapting to changing needs and jumping in with initiative — you notice what needs doing, before someone asks
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior relevant experience (at least 1 year) in your target role — hotel, restaurant, or hospitality settings preferred
- A warm, guest-centric attitude and a team player spirit
- Good communication skills (English preferred; additional languages always a plus!)
- For chef positions: technical skills in hot kitchen, pastry, pizza, or dessert as relevant
- A flexible approach — ready to work shifts and holidays in a dynamic environment
Nice-to-Haves
- UAE experience, or understanding of Dubai’s hospitality scene
- Food hygiene or barista/cuisine certification(s)
