What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bell Boy: Assisting guests with luggage, guiding them through the hotel, and offering a friendly, helpful presence in the lobby and beyond.
  • Supervisor: Overseeing daily operations, supporting junior staff, and ensuring that our standards of service are not just met—but exceeded.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A friendly, approachable attitude (hospitality is all about people!)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt—especially if you’re new to the UAE or the hotel industry
  • Good communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus
  • Availability to start immediately and already based inside the UAE

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.)
  • Familiarity with hotel booking or POS systems
