What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests with genuine warmth and handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly
  • Managing incoming calls and answering guest queries with a smile—even if they can’t see it
  • Coordinating guest requests and liaising with housekeeping and other departments
  • Keeping the front desk area tidy and welcoming
  • Handling reservations, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy
  • Addressing guest complaints or feedback thoughtfully, aiming for positive resolutions
  • Supporting your teammates during busy hours—you’ll never be alone at the desk

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing role
  • Confident communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude
  • Eligibility to work and currently residing in the UAE
