What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and making everyone—clients, vendors, couriers—feel instantly at ease
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the right team member (with a dash of charm)
  • Handling daily mail, deliveries, and correspondence efficiently
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting at all times
  • Supporting basic administrative tasks—think scheduling, filing, and managing supplies
  • Coordinating with building management or service staff as needed
