What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Receptionists:

    • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and a touch of Dubai elegance
    • Efficiently check in/out guests, handle payments, and resolve queries with a smile
    • Provide tailored recommendations—sometimes you’re the reason a guest discovers their new favorite restaurant
    • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
    • Keep the front desk organized, calm, and looking its best—even during a full-house weekend
  • Housekeeping Staff:

    • Meticulously clean guest rooms and public areas (your attention to detail rivals Sherlock Holmes)
    • Stock supplies and manage laundry—freshness is your trademark
    • Report maintenance issues quickly, because you care about comfort
    • Sometimes lend a hand at special room setups for VIP arrivals
  • Supervisors:

    • Oversee and mentor your team—think of yourself as both a coach and a cheerleader
    • Monitor daily operations, ensuring all standards are not just met, but surpassed
    • Train new staff and spot areas for improvement
    • Step in wherever needed: support the team, resolve tough guest concerns, and keep the day running smoothly
    • Communicate with management to suggest new ideas (we welcome fresh thinking!)

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • Previous relevant hotel experience in your chosen role
  • Friendly, confident communication skills (multi-lingual? All the better)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability — we’re a team, and we count on each other
  • Ability to adapt — some days fly, some days are a whirlwind
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (hospitality never sleeps!)
  • Currently based in the UAE and available for an immediate start

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Familiarity with Opera or other hotel systems (Receptionists)
  • Supervisory/leadership history (Supervisors)
  • Enthusiasm for learning new things and supporting a multicultural team
