What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your daily adventures might include:
- Front Desk Agent: Welcome guests with a smile, handle check-ins and check-outs, and become the trusted go-to for guest questions and requests.
- Bellboy: Assist guests with luggage, offer a warm greeting, and make that all-important first impression.
- Room Service Attendant: Deliver meals and amenities to rooms efficiently, always with attention to detail and a sense of pride.
- Kitchen Helper: Support our chefs with food prep, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Waiter/Waitress: Provide attentive table service in our restaurants, offering menu recommendations and making every guest feel at home.
- Barista: Craft delicious coffees and specialty drinks, bringing energy and artistry to the café.
- Bartender: Mix creative cocktails, manage the bar area, and ensure guests leave with a memorable experience.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently residing in the UAE (inside country applications only)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills (English is a must; other languages a plus!)
- A customer-first attitude—friendly, presentable, and ready to help
- Team spirit and reliability
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in hotels or restaurants (but don’t worry if you’re new—enthusiasm goes a long way)
- Knowledge of POS systems or hotel management software
