What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your day might look like:
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and efficient check-in as a Front Desk Receptionist.
- Keeping guest rooms and public areas spotless, comfortable, and perfectly presented (Housekeeping/Room Attendants).
- Tackling guest requests — large or small — with grace and speed as a Guest Service Agent.
- Sharing insider tips on Dubai’s must-see spots or arranging special experiences as part of the Concierge team.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to create seamless stays.
- Responding quickly and kindly to guest feedback or unique needs.
- Upholding our property’s reputation for exceptional service day in, day out.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous hospitality experience (hotel, resort, or similar environment)
- A positive attitude and natural service mindset
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in a high-traffic, luxury, or international hotel setting
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems (e.g. Opera, Fidelio)
- Additional language fluency, especially Arabic or Russian
- Dubai experience or knowledge of local attractions
