What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role** (Reception, Customer Service, Cashier, Bell Boy, Supervisor), you might find yourself:
- Greeting every guest with genuine warmth and a sense of belonging — first impressions count, after all
- Assisting with swift and accurate check-in/check-out processes at the front desk
- Managing guest queries and delighting them with solutions (sometimes the smallest gestures mean the most)
- Handling payments or billing with careful attention and cheerful efficiency
- Coordinating luggage delivery and offering seamless assistance as a Bell Boy (you’ll be on the move — a lot!)
- Overseeing and motivating the team as a Supervisor, ensuring standards are high and spirits even higher
- Jumping in to help colleagues or learn new areas — we work as a family here
- Keeping an eye out for details that turn a stay from “very good” into “unforgettable”
What You’ll Bring
