What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team — setting schedules, monitoring workloads, and stepping in to support when things get busy.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure they meet our strict cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Providing hands-on training and ongoing guidance to new staff and seasoned team members alike, sharing tips and company best practices.
- Managing inventory and supplies: keeping track of stock, placing orders, and finding smart ways to avoid waste.
- Collaborating with the maintenance department to report and resolve any issues.
- Addressing guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally — you know a satisfied guest is always the goal.
- Updating records and reports to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or senior housekeeper — preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
