About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to find that one person who keeps a home running smoothly—the one everyone can rely on for both clean towels and a friendly smile when the kids come home? We’re searching for a dedicated Housemaid to join our family in Al Wuheida, Dubai. If you take pride in creating order from chaos and enjoy the little victories that come with helping a busy household, this might be the perfect fit for you.
About Our Household
We’re a warm, bustling family who believe home is more than just a place—it’s a feeling. With us, you’ll find a respectful, welcoming environment where everyone lends a hand when needed (even if it sometimes means a little one leaving their shoes in the hallway…again!). We value honesty, trust, and a genuine team spirit, and we love sharing family meals after a day well-spent together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Tidy and clean the house day-to-day—think dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and the occasional deep clean
- Take charge of laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and organizing wardrobes
- Lend your hand in the kitchen with basic meal prep and cooking (if you’re interested!)
- Look after the kids: supervise them, help with homework, and be a helpful presence after school
- Organize household items and keep common areas clutter-free
- Follow straightforward instructions while also noticing the little details that make a home shine
- Occasionally run local errands or assist with light shopping as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience as a housemaid, cleaner, or in a similar role (references appreciated)
- A track record for honesty, hard work, and trustworthiness—we mean it, these matter most
- Natural organizational skills and an eye for tidiness
- Able to follow instructions and routines, but also willing to pitch in where needed
- Positive attitude towards children and a genuine desire to help them with daily schoolwork or activities
- Comfort working in Al Wuheida, Dubai
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with basic cooking or meal preparation
- Ability to iron delicate fabrics or tackle the occasional tricky laundry task
- Some spoken or basic understanding of English or Arabic
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Friendly, welcoming family environment
- Fair, consistent pay and on-time salary
- Respectful treatment and open communication—your input is valued
- Reasonable hours and clear expectations (no surprises or last-minute requests)
- Private space to rest when needed
- Occasional family outings and celebrations (and yes, you’re always invited!)
We believe a happy home is built on trust, laughter, and working together. If you’re looking for a place where your efforts are noticed and truly appreciated, we can’t wait to meet you.
