What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping employee records accurate and up-to-date — you’ll be the go-to for all things documentation.
- Assisting with recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Helping new hires feel at home by coordinating onboarding sessions and preparing welcome materials.
- Supporting the monthly payroll process by collecting timesheets and checking for accuracy.
- Ensuring our HR policies and practices are compliant with UAE labor laws (don’t worry — we’ll show you the ropes).
- Answering HR-related queries from staff with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Preparing HR reports and contributing to process improvements when you spot them.
- Pitching in with other admin tasks as they come up — we’re a team that helps each other out.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (internships count!)
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when a date is off or a document is missing
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear communication and a friendly, approachable manner
- Discretion and respect for confidential information
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with HR software or payroll systems
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Fluency in more than one language
