What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your day could look a little different—but here’s a taste of what you might dive into:

  • Admin Officer & Admin Assistant:

    • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to keep our office running like clockwork.
    • Supporting colleagues with document management, filing, and data entry—accuracy matters.
    • Assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and answering calls with a friendly touch.
    • Preparing reports or presentations as needed—sometimes at the last minute (we’ve all been there).
    • Helping newcomers settle in and ensuring everyone feels welcome.
  • Office Boy/Girl:

    • Ensuring workspaces are tidy, welcoming, and stocked with essentials (coffee, anyone?).
    • Running errands within the office and occasionally outside if required.
    • Assisting with basic hospitality—serving drinks, helping set up meeting rooms, or greeting visitors.
    • Supporting the admin team with light clerical duties when things get busy.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related administrative or office support role.
  • Currently residing in the UAE (regardless of nationality).
  • A proactive, helpful attitude—no task is too small or too big.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to join immediately.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in Dubai or a multicultural office.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
