What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising clients on a range of visa and immigration programs tailored to their personal or business needs.
- Conducting detailed consultations to assess eligibility, answer questions, and propose optimal strategies.
- Collecting, reviewing, and organizing client documents to ensure every piece is in place before submission.
- Preparing and submitting visa, residency, and permit applications—always with an eagle eye for compliance and deadlines.
- Staying updated (and proactively communicating) on changes in global immigration laws and procedures.
- Liaising with government bodies and partners locally and internationally to follow up on application progress.
- Offering peace of mind throughout the process—sometimes that means a reassuring call or a quick explainer email.
- Maintaining confidential and organized records to keep every client’s journey smooth and transparent.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in immigration consultancy, legal advisory, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global visa and immigration programs, rules, and application pathways.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you can simplify the complex and put clients at ease.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a knack for catching what others might miss.
- Clear organization skills and a calm, proactive, people-first approach.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai, working from our vibrant World Trade Center office.
Nice-to-Haves:
