About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself steering the backbone of a tech-driven organization? As an IT Services Manager in the heart of Al Nahyan, you'll do just that—ensuring smooth, reliable IT operations for a growing company that values both efficiency and innovation. With a competitive salary and the chance to make a visible impact, this role isn’t just another job; it’s a chance to help shape how technology truly supports business success in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic landscape.

About the Company

Nestled in bustling Al Nahyan, we’re a close-knit IT services firm with deep roots in Abu Dhabi’s vibrant business community. Our team brings together skilled tech professionals who genuinely enjoy solving problems, sharing ideas over mid-morning karak, and celebrating project milestones together. Despite our fast-paced environment, there’s always time to lend a hand or share a laugh—collaboration and respect shape how we work every day. If you’re looking for someplace you can both contribute and belong, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the company’s entire IT infrastructure, from server rooms to remote endpoints—keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Managing and optimizing service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure seamless, high-quality IT support for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Leading incident response for technical hiccups or outages, minimizing downtime with a calm, methodical approach (and a sense of humor when it counts).
  • Collaborating with network engineers and support staff to implement strategic upgrades and preventative maintenance routines.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key infrastructure metrics to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Acting as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders—translating “tech-speak” into actionable business solutions.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior IT staff, fostering growth in both their technical skills and professional confidence.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on IT management experience, ideally within a service-focused environment.
  • Current residency in Abu Dhabi with a valid work permit.
  • Strong practical knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and endpoint security.
  • Demonstrated experience with setting, managing, and measuring SLAs.
  • Calm, organized approach to incident management and emergency troubleshooting.
  • Excellent English communication skills—verbal and written.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience leading cross-functional IT teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Arabic language skills.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • AED 5,000 monthly salary—paid on time, every time.
  • Friendly, approachable team with a “we’re in this together” attitude.
  • Support for learning, certification, and on-the-job growth—your development matters.
  • Convenient location in Al Nahyan, with easy access to public transport and local amenities.
  • Respect for work-life balance: regular hours (no late-night heroics expected).
  • A collaborative office environment—where achievements are shared, and challenges are solved together.

You’ll feel valued not just for the expertise you bring, but for the ideas and energy you share. We can’t wait to welcome our next IT champion!
