About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious what it’s like to see a project go from blueprint to bustling reality in the heart of Dubai’s industrial sector? If you’ve got civil site experience plus a knack for keeping both teams and timelines on track, this opportunity as a Junior Civil Project Manager & Site Supervisor might be just right for you. We’re expanding our operations in Al Quoz 4 Industrial and looking for someone who can bring that extra spark to our Dubai projects — someone eager to build, collaborate, and solve real challenges every day.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit team specializing in civil works and interior fit-outs, with most of our projects spread across vibrant corners of Dubai. Think of us as builders who bridge the gap between sturdy structures and aesthetic interiors — all while keeping client satisfaction at the core. Our culture? Fast-paced yet supportive. We celebrate small wins, value every idea, and yes, that weekly site team lunch is as lively as you’d expect (Malayalam jokes welcome!). At our company, learning happens on the ground and growth happens together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site activities to make sure project plans actually turn into reality (no plan left behind).
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the in-house team to ensure materials and manpower are in the right place at the right time.
  • Monitoring site progress, keeping everyone accountable, and updating project timelines as work unfolds.
  • Implementing civil and interior design works, with particular attention to proofing and waterproofing requirements.
  • Conducting quality checks on completed and ongoing civil/finishing works, ensuring everything meets our standards — and clients’ expectations.
  • Identifying site issues early, proposing clever solutions, and working hands-on with the team to resolve them.
  • Reporting daily or weekly updates and helping ensure clear, consistent communication between management and workers on site.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Malayalam language fluency (spoken and written) — it’s essential for communicating with much of our site team.
  • Previous experience working in civil works and interior design/build projects.
  • Proven know-how with proofing and waterproofing techniques — you understand the “why” as well as the “how.”
  • Solid site supervision skills; you feel at home managing crews and keeping all moving parts running.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and monitor project progress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. You’re the kind of person who notices what others might miss.

Nice-to-Haves

  • UAE driving license.
  • Familiarity with local authority approvals or documentation.
  • A knack for reading drawings and translating them into actionable steps on site.
  • Comfort with basic project management software or digital site tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Supportive environment with a collaborative, multilingual team (Malayalam, Hindi, English — we speak your work language!).
  • Projects that are both challenging and rewarding, with visible impact on the city’s landscape.
  • Professional growth: direct mentorship from senior managers and learning on real, live projects.
  • Flexible approach to management that recognizes and rewards extra effort.
  • Regular team lunches and an open-door culture — ideas and feedback always welcome.

Here, you’ll find more than just a job; you’ll find a community that values hands-on learning, camaraderie, and real results. If you’re ready to contribute your skills and learn a few more along the way, let’s connect.
