What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials for ongoing projects
  • Support skilled tradespeople on construction sites with basic tasks and setup
  • Maintain clean and safe workspaces, both in warehouses and at construction locations
  • Operate simple equipment or tools as needed (training provided — safety comes first!)
  • Help with inventory counts, stock checks, and reporting shortages or damages
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a collaborative team
  • Pitch in for occasional overtime shifts, with extra pay for your efforts
