We’ve carved out a reputation as one of the UAE’s leading transportation and logistics providers, known for our nimble approach and close-knit, multicultural teams. We’re proudly ambitious, constantly evolving to meet the region’s changing trade landscape, and passionate about building strong bonds with both our colleagues and our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of land freight, ensuring seamless and efficient local and cross-border transport.

  • Supervising a diverse team of drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff—motivating, coaching, and always advocating for safety and compliance.

  • Coordinating closely with the sales and customer service teams, supporting new business and ensuring a smooth customer experience from booking to delivery.
  • Keeping up with relevant regulations, customs requirements, and best practices within the UAE and GCC transport industry.
  • Rolling up your sleeves to help solve unexpected operational issues—because let’s face it, in logistics, there’s always a surprise around the corner.

Must-Haves:

  • Solid, hands-on experience managing land freight operations within the UAE (bonus if you’ve handled GCC routes too).
  • Proven track record working with international freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • Strong knowledge of local and cross-border regulatory requirements, customs procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities—you know how to motivate a team and are comfortable making decisions under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English communication with solid reporting and coordination abilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Arabic language skills.
  • Experience implementing new logistics tech or software solutions.
  • A relevant degree or supply chain certification.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
