About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the heartbeat of a peaceful home? We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time live-in maid to support our small, calm household of three adults (and two exceptionally well-mannered cats) right here in Dubailand. If you’re someone who takes quiet pride in creating tidy, welcoming spaces and enjoys the rhythm of daily routines, this might just be the perfect spot for you.
About the Family
Consider us a friendly, low-key bunch. Our home is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment where everyone values mutual respect, good humor, and a peaceful environment. The two cats? They’re more like gentle shadows than mischievous troublemakers. You’ll find warmth here, minus the drama — Friday evenings sometimes mean a homemade meal and quiet chats, but mostly, it’s a haven of calm where everyone gets their space.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing simple, home-style meals daily (don’t worry, no elaborate feasts needed!)
- Keeping the kitchen, bedrooms, and living area clean and organized every day
- Managing laundry, ironing, and folding — with an eye for detail
- Light dusting and general tidying (we aren’t expecting a spotless palace, just a comfortable home)
- Helping out with any other small household tasks that may pop up
- Occasionally keeping an eye on our two cats (they’re pretty independent!)
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience working in a household (references are a plus)
- Basic communication in English or Arabic (conversation level is fine; we just need to understand each other)
- Honest and reliable attitude — trust matters so much in a family setting
- A calm, steady presence and a gentle approach with pets
- Willingness to live in (partitioned accommodation provided inside the home)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary of AED 1200, always on time
- Comfortable live-in space (partition for privacy)
- All meals included — hearty, home-cooked, and shared
- Friendly, respectful environment — absolutely no drama
- Consistent, light workload (no late-night calls or demanding schedules)
- Long-term stability and a family that appreciates hard work
We know finding the right home to work in is as important for you as it is for us. Here, you’ll find respect, open conversation, and a place you can feel comfortable — plus, the odd purring cat for company.
