About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to truly become part of a family—not just work for one? We’re searching for a Housemaid/Nanny to join our household in lively Jumeira, Dubai. This is much more than a job; it’s a chance to provide real support and care in a home that values good food, cleanliness, and the happiness of our little ones. If you have experience caring for children, love making a house feel like a home, and are already here in the UAE, you might find yourself fitting right in. Immediate start available for the right person!
About the Family
We’re a warm, welcoming household nestled in the heart of Jumeira—a leafy Dubai neighborhood known for its relaxed vibe and tight community feel. While everyone in our family is busy with daily routines, we believe a good helper brings joy, calm, and a steady hand. We love sharing meals together and make time for laughter, especially on weekends. You’ll be joining a place where your efforts are genuinely recognized, and you’ll always have someone to share a meal (or a recipe tip!) with.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare daily meals for the family — not just cooking, but adding your own flavors and love to every dish
- Keep our home sparkling clean and inviting, from bedrooms to the heart of the kitchen
- Look after our kids: school runs, playtime, and making sure each day is safe and happy for them
- Manage laundry, household linens, and the odd cupboard reorganization when things get busy
- Work closely with us to plan your week, ensuring the rhythm of the house flows smoothly
- Tidy up after meals and manage basic grocery lists for the house
- Occasionally assist with errands or family gatherings
- Pitch in for anything extra during holidays or special occasions
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a family home or similar setting, handling both childcare and household chores
- Confidence in preparing a variety of meals (experience with different cuisines a bonus!)
- Kindness and patience when caring for children of different ages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to speak and understand English well enough for household communication
- Currently living in the UAE and available for an in-person interview
- Eagerness to join immediately
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Monthly salary of AED 2,500
- Free visa, accommodation, and medical insurance provided
- Work in a supportive, respectful family environment
- Private and comfortable living space in Jumeira
- Diverse workplace—any nationality welcome
- The chance to truly feel part of the family (and to share your favorite recipes or traditions)
We know the work can sometimes be demanding, but you’ll always be treated with respect and care. Ready to make a real difference and join us as soon as possible? We look forward to meeting you!
Note: This recruitment process includes a job application fee as handled by the agency.
