About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to truly become a part of a family in one of Dubai’s most vibrant communities? As our new Live-in Nanny, you’ll do just that — supporting a warm household in DAMAC Hills 2, where your childcare expertise and home-cooked meals will be genuinely valued. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to create lasting bonds and memories, all while living in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
About the Family
Let’s put it simply: respect and kindness are at the heart of daily life here. This is a family that makes space for tradition and laughter in equal measure. The children are friendly, curious, and love activities indoors and out (think weekends at the neighborhood park or quiet evenings reading after dinner). You’ll find that meals are a cherished time to come together, and every member of the household is encouraged to contribute their own special touch — yours included! The team here values open communication, tidiness, and of course, a sprinkle of lighthearted fun when the day allows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children, from morning routines to evening wind-downs
- Preparing delicious, healthy home-style meals the whole family can enjoy — think comforting classics and occasional new favorites
- Keeping playtime engaging, educational, and tailored to each child’s needs and interests
- Managing the children’s daily schedules, including school runs, activities, and downtime
- Helping maintain a clean, orderly home atmosphere (teamwork makes the dream work!)
- Offering support with light household tasks as needed — you’re a valued part of the household, after all
- Communicating openly and respectfully with parents about routines, milestones, or any concerns
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience caring for children (professional or personal — both matter!)
- Confident ability to cook home-style meals that are both nutritious and crowd-pleasing
- A polite, responsible, and clean approach to household life
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai or multicultural family settings
- Willingness to share a favorite recipe or two (food is love, after all!)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly salary, reviewed regularly
- Full accommodation in a comfortable, private space within the family home
- Home-cooked meals included (your taste buds will thank you)
- Supportive, respectful environment where your contributions matter

Here, you’re not just an employee — you’re part of the family, with genuine appreciation for everything you bring to the table, both in and out of the kitchen.
