What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with shipping and logistics companies throughout the UAE to secure new delivery contracts
  • Leading contract negotiations, making sure both Marzam and our partners walk away better for the deal
  • Overseeing daily delivery operations involving cars—making real-time decisions and troubleshooting issues as they arise in Abu Dhabi
  • Monitoring delivery performance, analyzing metrics, and implementing improvements to keep our distribution network running smoothly
  • Coordinating between drivers, support staff, and clients to ensure top-notch service — because details matter in this business
  • Keeping a pulse on emerging logistics trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table, both in operations and client outreach

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in contract acquisition, business development, or relationship management within logistics, shipping, or a related industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills—quickly and calmly resolving operational hiccups as they arise
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in English; Arabic is a big plus
  • Hands-on familiarity with fleet management or supervising drivers in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and genuine team spirit

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Existing network of logistics/shipping contacts in the UAE
  • Knowledge of delivery software, fleet tracking, or logistics tools
  • Previous experience in a growing startup or entrepreneurial setting
