What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end UAE visa processing and documentation for employees, ensuring all timelines and compliance requirements are met
- Greeting guests and staff at the front desk with professionalism and a friendly attitude (your smile sets the tone for the office)
- Handling vehicle scheduling and bookings — juggling the calendar so people and resources are where they need to be, right on time
- Coordinating daily activities and resolving minor issues at our executive labour camp accommodation
- Providing dependable admin support to the HR Manager, assisting with everything from filing to onboarding paperwork
- Maintaining clear, organized digital records using MS Office (Excel, Word, and a bit of Outlook mastery will get you far)
- Pitching in with ad hoc office tasks — because no two days look quite the same here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of basic UAE visa procedures and documentation
