What You’ll Be Doing
- Making daily rounds of all gym areas to ensure cleanliness and order are always up to our standards.
- Cleaning and sanitizing locker rooms, restrooms, studios, and common spaces on a scheduled basis.
- Handling mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste removal throughout the facility.
- Replenishing supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) as needed and reporting low inventory before it runs out.
- Responding promptly to cleanliness requests or spills from staff and members—speed and friendliness count!
- Keeping storage rooms and cleaning equipment organized and in proper condition.
- Noticing maintenance needs and reporting them to the manager—because you’re part of the team, not just the background.
- Occasionally assisting with special cleaning for events, new equipment deliveries, or layout changes.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles (fitness or hospitality industry is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail—you spot what others might overlook.
- Physical stamina and an energetic approach to moving around all day, lifting, and bending.
- Respect for privacy and professionalism, especially in shared member spaces.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates with a smile.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in a gym, hotel, or wellness center.
- Basic English communication skills (for friendly member interactions).
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and health & safety guidelines.
