About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself wondering what it takes to keep some of Abu Dhabi’s most dynamic construction projects running smoothly? Here’s your chance to be part of something big. We're looking for a trusted Manpower Supply Company and a seasoned subcontractor to collaborate with us on upcoming work sites. Whether your team specializes in painters, gypsum board carpenters, helpers, or talented GRG & GRC masons, there’s room here for skilled professionals eager to put their mark on the city’s evolving landscape.
About the Company
We’re a team that truly believes the people behind a project are just as important as the end result. In our growing portfolio of Abu Dhabi developments, every crew member is valued — from the master masons to the hardworking helpers. Our site might buzz with early morning energy and laughter over shared meals, but we also know how to balance professionalism, efficiency, and respect. Flexibility, open communication, and a collaborative spirit set us apart, and we’re eager to welcome new partners who share these values.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supplying skilled painters, gypsum board carpenters, helpers, and GRG & GRC masons for long-term and short-term project needs
- Delivering reliable, punctual manpower ready to adapt to changing site demands
- Ensuring all team members comply with on-site safety procedures and standards
- Coordinating with site supervisors and project managers to meet daily workforce requirements
- For subcontractors: Executing high-quality ceiling and gypsum board work, from installation to finishing, with a keen eye for detail
- Collaborating on schedules, materials, and innovative solutions for project challenges
- Resolving day-to-day site issues with a solutions-focused attitude
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a manpower supply company or subcontractor in the Abu Dhabi construction sector
- A roster of skilled tradespeople, especially painters, gypsum board carpenters, helpers/general labor, and GRG/GRC masons
- Valid UAE paperwork, licenses, and strong safety record
- Clear channels for communication and transparent daily reporting
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous collaboration with major Abu Dhabi contractors
- Ability to scale teams quickly as project scopes evolve
- Bilingual site coordinators or supervisors (Arabic/English)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Ongoing, contract-based opportunities — not just one-off projects
- Prompt payments and transparent subcontracting terms
- Open lines of communication; you won’t be left guessing about site needs
- Collaboration with a team that values every role on site — your workforce will be respected and well-integrated
- A culture that thrives on teamwork, shared success, and mutual respect
