What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels (think Instagram, Facebook, and maybe even new platforms—we’re open!)
- Monitoring social platforms for trends, audience feedback, and opportunities to join the conversation
- Responding to comments and messages in a way that reflects our brand’s friendly, helpful tone
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to support campaigns and come up with creative ideas
- Tracking analytics and reporting back on what’s performing (and what could use a tweak)
- Staying up to date with new social media tools, memes, and best practices (yes, TikTok rabbit holes count as research)
- Helping keep digital assets and schedules organized so the team runs smoothly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Filipino nationality (as per company hiring policy)
- Own valid visa for work in Dubai
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A creative mindset—you see stories and potential in even the smallest details
- Well-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks on a typical (sometimes busy) day
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop
