What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels (think Instagram, Facebook, and maybe even new platforms—we’re open!)
  • Monitoring social platforms for trends, audience feedback, and opportunities to join the conversation
  • Responding to comments and messages in a way that reflects our brand’s friendly, helpful tone
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to support campaigns and come up with creative ideas
  • Tracking analytics and reporting back on what’s performing (and what could use a tweak)
  • Staying up to date with new social media tools, memes, and best practices (yes, TikTok rabbit holes count as research)
  • Helping keep digital assets and schedules organized so the team runs smoothly

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Filipino nationality (as per company hiring policy)
    • Own valid visa for work in Dubai
    • Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • A creative mindset—you see stories and potential in even the smallest details
    • Well-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks on a typical (sometimes busy) day
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop
    • Experience analyzing social media metrics
    • Previous role in marketing or customer service
