About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how your networking savvy could translate into real, uncapped income? We’re looking for motivated male and female professionals to join our dynamic affiliate marketing team, representing a rapidly growing business services company with offices in both Dubai and Ras Al-Khaimah. If you’re ready to market valuable corporate solutions and earn up to 40% commission, this could be your next big move. (And yes, we’re open to all nationalities — as long as you’re a UAE resident!)

About the Company

Picture a team that thrives on collaboration, celebrates diverse backgrounds, and isn’t afraid to try new directions in business services. Our offices in Dubai and Ras Al-Khaimah buzz with energy — from spontaneous brainstorming sessions to our legendary team lunches. We’re not a massive corporation, but we punch above our weight: growing fast, learning quickly, and always putting our clients first. Around here, hustle is matched by humor, and nothing is more important than integrity and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connecting with businesses and professionals to introduce our suite of business services
  • Building relationships with potential clients through strategic outreach — think calls, meetings, and creative networking
  • Acting as the go-to advisor for prospects, explaining how our solutions can make their work easier
  • Coordinating closely with our in-house team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on our latest offerings, so your pitches are always fresh and relevant
  • Tracking your leads and commissions (yes, up to 40% — you read that right!) with our easy-to-use system
  • Attending occasional team meetups at either Dubai or Ras Al-Khaimah branches to share wins and ideas

What You’ll Bring

  • Residency in the UAE (Emirates ID required) — sorry, visit or tourist visa holders can’t be considered
  • Strong communication skills, in English or another language common in the UAE business world
  • A knack for persuasive conversation and genuine relationship-building
  • Self-motivation — you’ll set your own pace and strategies
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a big plus, but not a must

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Generous commission structure, earning up to 40% on closed deals
  • Flexible work environment — set your own schedule, work from anywhere in the Emirates
  • Supportive, diverse team that celebrates wins (and birthdays) together
  • Real career growth potential: we promote talent from within
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and expand your professional network
  • Modern offices in two of the UAE’s most exciting business hubs

At the end of the day, this is more than just a commission gig — it’s a chance to join a growing team that values your drive, your ideas, and your ambition. If you’re ready to take your earning potential into your own hands, let’s talk.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For affiliate marketing and business development roles like this in the UAE, base salaries can vary widely, but for similar entry- to mid-level positions, you should expect a base of around 3,000–6,000 AED per month, often supplemented by generous commission structures. Since this opportunity offers up to 40% commission, your total earnings can be substantially higher, especially if you’re proactive in generating leads and closing deals. Always clarify with the employer whether the role is purely commission-based or if a fixed monthly salary is also provided, so you can plan your finances accordingly.
