What You’ll Be Doing
- Building genuine connections with shoppers, answering questions with a smile, and making everyone feel welcome
- Promoting the mall’s latest services, events, and special offers—sometimes on the floor, sometimes at booths, and occasionally via social media
- Actively engaging with visitors to identify their interests and needs, then guiding them toward the right stores or events
- Generating high-quality leads for tenant stores and mall promotions by sparking memorable conversations
- Supporting marketing efforts by gathering customer feedback, distributing materials, or helping with event logistics
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ways to boost footfall and enhance the mall experience
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of what’s trending—because knowing what customers want makes all the difference
