About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever found yourself effortlessly explaining the latest smartphone features to friends—or convincing someone they need that new gadget? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Sales and Marketing team in Al Karama, Dubai. We’re not just another electronics store; we’re a trusted neighborhood destination for tech lovers and everyday shoppers alike. Here, your knack for connecting with people and your passion for innovative products won’t go unnoticed.

About the Company

Tucked in the heart of bustling Al Karama, our store has built its reputation on more than just shelves stocked with the newest gadgets. We believe in creating memorable experiences—whether that means helping a regular customer choose a laptop for their university-bound son or hosting hands-on demo days for the latest smart home tech. Our team is close-knit, energetic, and takes pride in guiding customers with genuine care (plus, there’s always a spirited debate about the best headphones during lunch breaks). As we continue to grow, we’re looking for professionals who want to make their mark in Dubai’s dynamic retail scene.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations
  • Demonstrating electronics—from phones to home appliances—with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Developing and executing creative marketing strategies to boost in-store and online sales
  • Building lasting relationships with repeat customers and turning first-timers into loyal fans
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest tech trends and sharing insights with the team
  • Supporting promotional events and in-store campaigns (sometimes you’ll be the face of our weekend “tech tryout” events)
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the store is inviting, organized, and ready for action
  • Meeting (and celebrating!) individual and team sales targets
  • Handling customer feedback with patience and a problem-solving attitude

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in retail electronics sales
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practical strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A customer-first mindset and a knack for making people feel welcome
  • Drive to achieve targets and a willingness to learn new things

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or social media promotion
  • Experience working in Dubai’s retail market

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Energetic, supportive team that values your ideas
  • Opportunities for professional growth and on-the-job learning
  • Employee discounts on the latest electronics (yes, those headphones you’ve been eyeing!)
  • Flexible scheduling and approachable management
  • A workplace that feels more like a community than a corporation

You’ll find that every day here is a little different—full of new faces, new challenges, and the satisfaction that comes from helping people find exactly what they need. If you’re ready to bring your passion for sales and technology to a team that truly values both, we can’t wait to meet you.
