As a Mechanical Engineer in our UAE duct manufacturing facility, you'll get to drive improvements that make production more efficient, reliable, and high-quality. Whether you love fine-tuning the details or collaborating with a hands-on team, this role gives you a direct seat at the table (and the factory floor) where good ideas become real results. If you’re passionate about manufacturing and ready for a new challenge, you might have found your next home.

About the Company

We’re more than just a duct factory—we’re a tight-knit crew fueled by curiosity and pride in what we build. Over the years, we’ve carved out a reputation across the UAE for quality you can trust and a workplace that balances hard work with everyday camaraderie. Here, your contributions matter and are celebrated, right alongside business wins and birthdays.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing PI (Pre-Insulated) and GI (Galvanized Iron) materials handling—including inventory, storage, and movement on the shop floor
  • Working closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure operational targets are met
  • Coordinating with suppliers and factory teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve bottlenecks
  • Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to uphold our high product standards
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency improvements, and waste reduction
  • Supporting the adoption of new technologies and tools to keep our operations future-ready

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment (ducts or building materials preferred)
  • Solid understanding of PI & GI materials and their safe, efficient handling
  • Hands-on knowledge of quality control procedures—think real-world, not just textbook
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
  • Comfort using ERP or production management systems
  • UAE experience or regional manufacturing exposure

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package and regular performance reviews
  • Supportive team, approachable managers, and a company culture that values initiative
  • Onsite canteen, daily transport (where applicable), and annual company team days
  • Opportunities for cross-training, upskilling, and career advancement as we grow
  • A vibe that balances professionalism with a bit of fun—and the occasional homemade sweets

If you genuinely care about quality, continuous improvement, and seeing the results of your work up close, you’ll feel right at home here. Every day brings a new puzzle, a few laughs, and the chance to make a real impact.
