About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the friendly face (and calm presence) that keeps a busy medical center running smoothly? As a Medical Receptionist with our Al Garhoud-based clinic, you’ll become the bridge between patients and caregivers—making sure every appointment, inquiry, and smile is handled with care. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or looking to apply your people skills to a new setting, this is an opportunity to join a truly diverse, welcoming team right here in Dubai.
About the Company
Our clinic sits in the lively neighborhood of Al Garhoud, serving a dynamic mix of patients and families from all walks of life. We take pride in running an efficient, supportive environment—one where staff and patients alike are greeted by name and everyone’s input is valued. It’s not unusual to find our team sharing laughs over tea between busy shifts, or stepping up to help a colleague on the fly. In short: we care for our community, and we care for each other, too.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every patient and visitor with a warm, professional welcome—first impressions matter here.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries, all with clarity and patience (even when the phones are ringing nonstop).
- Manage patient records smoothly—think digital data entry, simple paperwork, and always keeping information confidential.
- Support doctors and nurses by prepping files or passing on messages, sometimes at a moment’s notice.
- Help new patients feel comfortable by explaining forms or basic clinic processes in a reassuring, simple-way.
- Keep reception tidy and organized—after all, a calm desk sets the tone for a calm visit.
