What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily MEP works across multiple villa sites, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
- Interpreting and implementing approved drawings, layouts, and technical specs — no guesswork here.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep workflows efficient and on track.
- Monitoring installation progress and proactively identifying (and solving) any hiccups or snags.
- Conducting routine quality and safety checks, making sure that every detail is up to code.
- Reporting on site activities, progress, and any issues to your direct supervisor in a clear, timely manner.
- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians and laborers, helping them develop their skills on the job.
- Ensuring that all work is done safely, and that the team follows best practices and site rules at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as an MEP Foreman on residential villa or similar construction projects.
- Solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications without breaking a sweat.
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills — you know how to get the best out of people.
- Clear communication, both with your team and with management.
- A commitment to safety and quality in everything you do.
- Experience working in the UAE, with a good understanding of local standards and regulations.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Technical diploma or trade certification in MEP fields.
