What You’ll Be Doing

  • Defining and driving the overall vision, mission, and performance goals for our MEP operations
  • Expanding our project portfolio through strategic business development and hands-on client engagement
  • Overseeing project execution, ensuring that we deliver on time, on budget, and at signature AquaGate quality
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and energizing a high-performing team—then watching them flourish
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with clients, consultants, and key industry partners
  • Analyzing market trends; spotting, seizing, and acting on new growth opportunities
  • Streamlining processes and promoting best-in-class practices throughout project delivery and operations
  • Translating Board directives into actionable plans (and making sure those plans see the light of day)
  • Fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable work environment, where every voice is valued

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in MEP project management and business leadership (ideally as a General Manager/Director)
  • Strong track record in building high-performance teams and scaling operations
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects
  • Financial acumen—comfortable with budgets, margins, and business forecasting
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with both legacy clients and new business in a rapidly growing company
  • A knack for digital transformation and process automation
