What You’ll Be Doing
Whether your expertise is managing the big picture or rolling up your sleeves on-site, here’s what your days might look like:
MEP Project Manager
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP works from kick-off to handover, ensuring top-tier quality standards.
- Liaise daily with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers — you’ll be the go-to for all things MEP on each project.
- Troubleshoot challenges as they arise and keep projects on track, both in terms of timeline and budget.
- Prepare regular progress reports, keeping stakeholders in the loop (and confident).
- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.
Electrical & Sanitary Laborers
- Execute installations and repairs of electrical wiring, fixtures, circuit breakers, and sanitary systems in line with project specs.
- Interpret site drawings and instructions — precision and team communication are key.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolve issues right on the ground as they happen.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of materials, tools, and workspaces.
- Support skilled technicians and engineers in achieving daily project targets.
