What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing attentive, hands-on care for both children, respecting their unique routines and personalities
- Creating engaging activities that support developmental milestones (sometimes this means finger painting, other times, gentle lullabies and cuddles)
- Organizing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the kids
- Assisting with light children’s laundry and tidying up play areas — we like to keep things cheerful, not chaotic
- Coordinating naptimes, bottle feeding, and soothing the baby with patience and love
- Accompanying the older child on walks, playground trips, or simple adventures around the neighborhood
- Offering regular updates and open communication with the family (we appreciate knowing how everyone’s day went!)
- Occasionally helping out on Saturday from 10am to 6pm — a little change of pace from the weekday rhythm
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Reliable experience caring for young children, especially infants and preschoolers
- Warm, patient, and trustworthy personality — safety and kindness are musts
- Strong communication skills; you know when to ask, when to reassure, and when to share a funny story
- Ability to handle long hours (Monday to Friday 7am–7pm, Saturday 10am–6pm) with compassion and stamina
- Current UAE residency and a willingness to work before visa sponsorship (with the possibility of a sponsored visa after a settled period)
- Willingness to communicate via WhatsApp (we’re always just a message away)
Nice-to-Haves:
- First aid training or CPR certification
- Familiarity with TECOM or the surrounding area
- A sense of fun — songs, games, or creative problem-solving always welcome!
