What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling incoming calls and greeting visitors — your smile sets the tone
- Keeping office supplies stocked, organized, and ordered as needed (we’ll count on you to know when the coffee’s running low!)
- Filing and managing documents, both physical and digital, so we never lose track of important paperwork
- Assisting various departments with scheduling, minor data entry, and everyday admin requests
- Coordinating with suppliers, service providers, and building management to ensure the office stays functional
- Supporting office events and meetings by helping set up and keep things running smoothly
- Jumping in on any last-minute needs — sometimes the unexpected is part of the fun
