About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the nerve center of a dynamic business, making things run like clockwork? As our next Office Manager, you’ll bring order, energy, and a bit of personality to the daily pulse of our busy office on iconic Sheikh Zayed Road. This is your chance to take on a role that offers both challenge and reward — fantastic for anyone looking to grow their operations expertise right here in Dubai.
About the Company
We’re a well-established player with our roots deep in Dubai’s bustling commercial scene — and we take pride in building a workplace where everyone feels part of the journey. Collaboration isn’t just a buzzword here; it’s in how we swap ideas over lunch, or how teammates rally together on tight deadlines. Located near the heart of Dubai’s skyline, our office blends professionalism with a dash of personality (yes, we know each other’s coffee orders by heart). Growth is on our horizon, and we aim to bring our team along for the ride.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily rhythm of the office — think facilities, supplies, schedules, and the occasional “where’s the stapler?” challenge.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and colleagues — creating a welcoming, organized atmosphere.
- Supporting HR functions such as onboarding, document verification, and leave management.
- Handling correspondence, confidential records, and key documentation efficiently and with discretion.
- Facilitating smooth communication between different departments (so nothing gets lost in translation).
- Identifying and implementing office process improvements — we appreciate someone who spots ways to work smarter, not just harder.
- Pitching in with event planning or employee engagement activities (birthdays, team lunches, you name it!).
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of relevant experience — whether that’s running an office in the UAE or abroad.
- Currently residing in the UAE (this one’s non-negotiable).
- Proficiency with basic office software (think Word, Excel, and maybe a knack for troubleshooting the printer).
- Strong communication skills — both for emails and in-person interactions.
- Organizational superpowers, especially under tight deadlines or shifting priorities.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive basic salary ranging from AED 6,500 to AED 8,000.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage from day one.
- Full work visa sponsorship and support — we handle the paperwork, you focus on the job.
- Friendly, diverse team where new ideas are always welcome.
- Prime location right on Sheikh Zayed Road (easy commute, city views).
- The stability of a reputable company with opportunities for professional development.
- You’ll get to be the go-to person in an environment that truly values reliability and resourcefulness.
We strive to make this a workplace where showing up every morning feels worthwhile — with support, respect, and opportunities to make your mark.
