About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who thrives on making sure everything runs smoothly, even on the busiest mornings? If you know the satisfaction of building a well-oiled team and keeping an office running like clockwork, this opportunity could feel a bit like coming home. We’re looking for a seasoned Office Manager to join our respected organization in Barsha—an energetic, growing community right in the heart of Dubai’s business scene. This isn’t just about overseeing daily routines; it’s a chance to put your stamp on how a vibrant office operates and supports the whole team.
About the Company
Step into an environment where collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s integral to the way we work. We’re a diverse team, united by our commitment to professionalism and our culture of mutual respect. Fridays often bring a buzz of energy to the office (and not just from our excellent coffee); that’s when we share wins and plan together for the week ahead. While we’re proud to be a reputed name in our industry, we’re just as passionate about the small things—like celebrating birthdays or getting behind a good cause together. Think of us as established, but far from stuck in our ways.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a welcoming work environment
- Managing office supplies inventory and sourcing reputable vendors to keep costs and quality in balance
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, visitors, and travel arrangements for staff and executives
- Liaising between departments to keep information flowing and resolve administrative issues before they escalate
- Supporting HR functions such as onboarding new team members, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll procedures
- Implementing and refining office procedures as the company grows, bringing your own ideas to the table
- Handling confidential documents discreetly and maintaining up-to-date filing systems (digital & physical)
- Leading and mentoring junior admin staff, empowering the team to take ownership over their roles
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in office management, administration, or a similar leadership role—ideally in the UAE
- Currently residing in the UAE (on visit, resident, or family visa)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills—you see solutions before others spot the issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize without losing your cool
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with UAE labor law and HR procedures
- Familiarity with facilities management or vendor negotiations
- A knack for boosting team morale and cultivating a positive workplace culture
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package: AED5000–8000, depending on experience
- Standard employment benefits as per UAE labor law (medical, annual leave, etc.)
- Supportive team where your contributions are noticed (and genuinely appreciated)
- Well-located Barsha office, accessible by public transport and car
- Opportunities for professional growth as the company expands
- Occasional team lunches, festive celebrations, and strong peer connections
- Respectful, inclusive environment—your voice matters here
We know that the right Office Manager does more than keep the lights on; you’re the heartbeat of daily life. If you’re ready to bring your experience and genuine care for people to a place where both matter, we can’t wait to meet you.
