Our team is on the lookout for a driven Property In-Charge to add energy, know-how, and a healthy dose of good humor to our Freehold Department. If you thrive on building relationships, juggling multiple responsibilities, and making a real impact in the property sector—this could be your next big move.

About the Company

With three decades in the UAE’s ever-evolving real estate market, we’ve learned a thing or two about what makes a great place to work—and what it takes to succeed in this industry. Our office in Abu Hail is a true crossroads, where seasoned professionals and fresh talent brainstorm over Arabic coffee, and afternoons sometimes stretch into informal team lunches. We pride ourselves on an open-door culture, transparent communication, and a genuine enthusiasm for advancing our craft. Growth isn’t just part of our history—it’s at the heart of who we are.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with property owners and developers
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities across Dubai, with an eagle eye for emerging market trends
  • Negotiating deals and contracts with confidence, always protecting our company’s best interests
  • Ensuring properties are compliant with local regulations and freehold requirements
  • Overseeing ongoing property maintenance and collaborating with vendors to solve problems quickly
  • Keeping detailed records of property activities and reporting regularly to upper management
  • Working closely with colleagues to share insights and improve our property management processes

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in real estate property management (especially freehold properties)
  • A natural flair for negotiation and deal-closing
  • Excellent verbal and written English (Arabic is a big plus)
  • UAE market knowledge, specifically Dubai’s real estate scene
  • Strong organizational skills—you know how to handle a full plate
  • A collaborative spirit, comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Valid UAE driving license

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with property management software
  • Established network of property owners or developers in the region
  • Comfortable presenting ideas or giving short updates to a group

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Opportunity to make your mark in a respected, long-standing real estate firm
  • Supportive and approachable management team
  • Ongoing professional development—because we want you to keep growing, too
  • Friendly, collaborative team that appreciates a good story and the occasional team outing
  • Centrally located office in Abu Hail, close to major transport links
  • A work culture where initiative and fresh ideas are encouraged

At the end of the day, you won’t just be managing properties—you’ll be part of a close-knit group who genuinely care about making a difference in Dubai’s real estate landscape. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get started, we can’t wait to meet you.
