What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the nursery team, setting the tone for a positive and professional working atmosphere
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure safety, compliance, and a high standard of care
- Building trusting relationships with parents, listening to their concerns and sharing their children’s milestones
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating age-appropriate educational programs
- Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance—your leadership will help others shine
