What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily office operations: everything from greeting visitors with a warm smile to making sure supplies stay stocked
- Overseeing scheduling and calendar management for meetings, deadlines, and team activities
- Building and maintaining a digital archive—file that document once, access it forever
- Drafting official correspondence (letters and emails) in both English and Arabic, with an eagle eye for professionalism and accuracy
- Coordinating with team members to ensure communication flows effortlessly between departments
- Supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns—think: social media posts, simple analytics, and helping us reach the right audience online
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, when required
- Rolling up your sleeves for special projects, team events, and company initiatives as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong organizational abilities—juggling priorities is second nature to you
- Confident using MS Office Suite and digital archiving tools
- Professional, proactive, and able to keep sensitive information confidential
- Female and fluent in Arabic (as per role requirements)
- Positive energy, willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with digital marketing tools or social media platforms
