About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever felt the thrill of seeing your marketing campaign take off—and knowing your technical expertise made it happen? We’re searching for an experienced IT professional who’s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves for backend website fixes as they are crafting the perfect Facebook post. Based in Khaldiya, this role offers a unique mix: you’ll be pivotal not just in making our digital presence hum, but in telling our story to the world. If you love variety and enjoy seeing direct results from your work, you might just find your new professional home here.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit team passionate about bridging technology and creative marketing solutions for our clients. You won’t find stuffy cubicles or endless red tape; instead, you’ll step into a collaborative space where brainstorming sessions can happen over coffee, and quick wins are celebrated (sometimes with Friday baklava!). Right now, we’re focused on expanding our digital reach—and we’re eager for someone who wants to play a key role in that journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of our website, from day-to-day maintenance to larger updates and technical tweaks
  • Implementing SEO best practices so we rise in search rankings and more customers find us
  • Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Creating, scheduling, and posting content—whether it’s a quick announcement or a longer, value-driven article
  • Coordinating with graphic designers to ensure visuals are compelling and on-brand
  • Monitoring campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and compiling monthly reports with clear, actionable insights
  • Jumping in where needed—whether it’s troubleshooting an unexpected tech glitch or brainstorming the next promotional idea

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid experience with website development and content management systems (WordPress expertise is a plus)
  • Practical knowledge of SEO, with a track record of moving the SEO needle
  • Hands-on experience running social media accounts and interacting with audiences online
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including content posting and simple graphic coordination
  • Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and reporting on digital performance data
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic graphic design ability (Canva or Adobe tools)
  • Previous experience in a similar blended IT/marketing role
  • Strong written English for content creation

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Friendly, flexible team environment with genuine room for your ideas
  • Hybrid work options: mix remote days with on-site collaboration in Khaldiya
  • Opportunities for skill-building with access to online courses and workshops
  • Regular team lunches, birthday shoutouts, and the occasional office treat
  • Clear growth path as we invest in digital marketing and technology

We’re not the largest team—but every voice matters, and your work will have a visible, daily impact. If you’re ready to blend your IT expertise with creative marketing chops, this could be your ideal next step.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a hybrid IT and digital marketing role at the experienced (mid-level) range in the UAE—particularly one that blends website management, SEO, and social media responsibilities—you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 8,000 to 12,000 AED, depending on your level of expertise and the specific expectations of the company. Similar roles often offer this range to attract candidates who can confidently handle both technical and creative duties. If you bring strong experience with both WordPress and digital marketing strategy, it’s reasonable to negotiate toward the higher end.
